Prices

$50/hr for any hourly work, an estimate of hours to be spent will be given before the contract for services is signed.

$250 wills (Note that no negative comments or resentments will be allowed in your will.  Do it now, get right, or write a letter of apology.  I will guide you using our brochures on how this is best accomplished.  All required witness signatures are to be determined.

$1,00 Trusts (avoids probate court) and includes the notary fees. RECOMMENDED. 

$250 Health Care Directive and DNR

$250 Power of Attorney for Finances, Inability to act due to incapacitation, any other specific role or duty.

$250 Grant Deed for Real Property, including the notarization, and additional costs for county fees and forms.  Must provide existing Deed or additional costs will be quoted to obtain the last rightful recorded deed for the real property from the county's records office.

$500 Initiate Divorce proceeding plus $480 filing fee, unless you qualify for a waiver ($50 more to request a fee waiver).

$600 for Contesting a Divorce with the initial set of documents.  Further documentation will be given and explained.

$500 Child custody in a Divorce, Separation, or non-married party, and if together with a divorce this fee is added to the above.

$Varies Civil matters.  Quotes depend on the complexity of your case.  Such as writing Motions, Request for Order, Discovery, etc.

$85/hr for engineering work or by contract for specific duties.  I will work temporarily, by 6, 12, 18-month terms, or full-time.

$1,000 probate is expensive and takes a lot of time to determine the wishes and rights of successors.  If a will was left then it needs to be examined for its correctness and that wishes are followed through.  If no will is left then Statute controls the succession of the property.  All this is explained in the brochures provided.  What we strive for is for all conflicts to be amicably resolved between all parties.
