o • CIP process, design, build, commission, and training with Procedures. New automated. o RFQ, Scope of Work for fabrication of product filter skids and CIP systems, including four tanks 2k gallons.

• o Final Implementation of CIP design along with the filling of wine ended 3 months early.

• Separate CIP programming with Factory Technology with the fifth line, a glass bottling line for 15,000 bph.

• • Utilities design o Water softer, boiler, an hot water closed loop system install, clean and chemically mix. o Nitrogen cooling line involvement for wine cooling of 100k fill tanks
o o Monitored two bay trash disposal doors for containers contracts, work and installation, including all safety features
o o Coordinated epoxy flooring placement throughout the 725,000 sqft. building with FTC (building contractor) in charge of shell and utilities.
o o Fire Protection: Brand new tank, shed, pump and independent line monitored.
o o Lines drops for hot water for safety use at 120°F and hose reels designed and placed.
• • Produced Budget and, proposals for all pumps, valves, tubing, equipment and instrumentation.
• BOM, P&IDs, Spec. Orders, Validate.
• Process, Controls, program, Pin Chart, Logic, Ignition Platform worked directly with Factory Technologies for setpoints, time, concentration, and temperature to meet Quality standard each shift prior to 6 a.m. shift
• Supervisor and communicated with Contractors and their bid duties and/or changes. Pernsteiner Fabrication in Turlock, Commonwealth out of Modesto, Way Projects Inc., and Bates Construction, et. al.
• Maintained project on schedule per bi-weekly meetings with entire staff. o Produced a work around when parts arrived late to meet schedule of first fill ($10k extra cost)
• Instructed field changes during construction and fabrication directly with Change Orders and Contract Supervisors obtaining input from Operations and Contractors and I making the final decision.
• Trained subject matter expert’s to produce QA report at the start of each day to commence production.
• Production start up, and ramp up. Transferred over responsibilities to Operations with new SOP’s.
• Updated Maintenance Department’s CMMS with new parts of stocking, and replacing of new parts.
• Assisted in the relocation of 20 fill 50k gallon tanks via rigging, re-designation of 250k and 100k as wine holding tanks, and relocation of pad filters upstream micron-filter skids.
